Agree with advice in posts below. Also... if the hubs have now been reversed with dish side in, are they locking onto the same part of the axle as before? If very much dirt or a few crusty layers of old paint got shut into the assmebly, it could throw things off. A 32nd of an inch at the axle will show up as a noticeable wobble at the tire. I suppose if the key wasn't seated in the keyway properly, that would do it also. Another possibility is that if the tires are now a lot closer to you than they were when they were "dished out", any wobble that's always been there might seem worse now!
