I really need accurate description of paint for a #70 plow

I posted on here previously and got three different answers on what parts are what colors on a #70 plow. Is there an old IH dealer or someone who purchased one of these new who can help me out? I know the tail wheel assembly is blue, the axles are blue, but not sure of the coulter arms or hitch.
Also, where can I find decals for such a plow? Looking to get it done so I can show it at the IH Collectors Club Chapter 15 gathering at our threshing show this summer:
