I have done up five of them and all depends on how new they were . Some had the axel red and some where blue the hitch was blue and the coulters were blue , now i have painted the disc black , dont know if that is quite rite but looked good with the coulter frame blue , The wheels were the off white ( as i call it cub cadet white) . And for decals i had a guy near here that make decals do the model 70 and the IH one i got from IH. The blue pait i had mixed at a local auto parts store. they had the code.
