Steven: Nooo, the 400 and 450 are NOT "EXACTLY" the same. The 450 had a bigger engine and was rated at a noticable higher power. 282 Cubes vs 264. The 450 was about the max for a rowcrop 4 cylinder gas start from IHC. The SMTA and 400 were closer internally. Sheet metal differs of course between MTA and 400. R.
