I read your story and felt bad for you. Try hooking up some hoses to another tractor directly to the behlen unit to make sure it hasn't failed you. Make sure your pressure going to the unit isn't to high, no more than 1000 psi. Also try to check for a possible air lock somewhere in the system.And double and triple check your lines going to and from the unit to make sure there is a clear flow in and away back to the resovoir. Sometimes the problem is right in front of you and is the easiest but we just can't see it.. Good Luck to you and your son and hope you find the problem email me when figure it out,troubleshooting is challenging but rewarding in the end.
