What's a good price for a 1066 w/hole in block?

Found a gear drive 1066 with 2 post rops. Rod came out the side of the block. Tractor looks rough - missing all sheet metal. Has fenders, some weights (big and small). That's about all I know about the tractor now. Don't know if I can get it, but it would make a nice parts tractor if I could buy it cheap enough. What should I offer?
