Since it isn't running, you can't judge TA, rear end, tranny, etc. I would count the weights and multiply by $75. Add what the tires are worth. Get someone to tell you what it weighs. In my area, prepared scrap is going around 2 cents/lbs. Multiply the weight times .02. There is your value:-)
