i saw in the magazine *FARMSHOW* that someone was marketing kits where you'd bolt up a modern cummins diesel to an older IH. the epa will love you!
the diesel motor from an 806 should drop right in, the motor from a 1206, the D407 of the 856, or the DT 407 of the 1256/1456. difference is the turbo on the bigger 12/14. that would require the most sheetmetal work.
