HELP RED 44 not acting right

My 44 H is not pulling up the rpm's like it should.It never has ran as fast as it could but i have been having to give it more throttle than I ever did before. In the intrest of saving time I have allready checked and cleaned the fuel system both screens.As well as the air filter .Timing is fine. Plugs and points ok .Wires are new.Fuel is fresh and i'm lost as to what the trouble is I have all the manuals everything checks out fine motor is smooth as silk no unnormal smoke.Cylinders are ok on pressure HELP
