The original hitch on an H was just a U-shaped drawbar that bolted to the axles and as an option you could get a swinging bar that attached under the tractor. There was no hydralic hitch originally on an H. The 300/350 could come with a 2 point fast hitch, perhaps that is what you are thinking of.
