Original Lift-all hitch Farmall H

What type of hitch originally came on a Farmall H with Lift-all? I understand that there is a kit to convert the original hitch to 3 point. Does anyone have photos of this? This tractor has a working lift-all pump, but a mess of a homemade 3 point hitch. I would like to restore it to factory original with 3 point conversion. Is this feasible? Where can I get info on the original hitch and conversion?
