I'm w/Wayne---DON'T WELD. Somethings gotta be wrong! The pivot shaft may have broken the spot welds on the triangle shaped pin holders & slipped on the shaft. Look at the pin holders carefully & see ifna you can tell if they've moved. I've seen that happen. Put one side into a vice & pull on the center of the pivot shaft w/pipe wrench (use a big one-ya put lotsa leverage on that shaft w/foot) & see ifna ya can get it to move. Or, someone else put a LH adjuster on the RH side. (Another $0.02 worth. jal-SD)
