Diesel fuel leaking from head gasket

My 656D has a slight bubbling leak of deisel fuel at the head gasket area at the back cylinder. Is this just a sign head gasket is gone or something more ominous? Would I be hurting the engine to run it any longer. I am not loosing oil or gaining water in it. Seems to be running fine as well.
