i would say that your radiator is dirty. dirt in between the fins or corrosion on the inside will hinder the ability of the radiator to remove heat from your circulating water. i would first try to spray out all the dirt from the fins with a pressure warsher and if that dont do it, it will probably need cooked. my .02
