This gives you live pto. You don't have to push clutch down to stop tractor, just pull hand clutch lever back. When lever is back and foot clutch pedal out your pto still turns. As far as adjusting take out one 5/16 bolt on cover and loosen the other one. Turn cover and you will see an adjusting nut. Bend lock tab up out of adjusting nut and turn in about 1/4 turn. Put cover back on and engage and disengage lever should take about 30 lbs. to do this and have a good snap. Repeat above process until you have it adjusted. Make sure you lock tab back down in adjudtig nut slot when done.
