fuel tank has rust in it.

OK guys,the fuel tank on the 1066 that I
bought a couple of weeks ago has rust inside the
tank right at the top and probably on down inside
too,any good idea's on how to clean it out,or
should I just replace the tank.
Remember,it has been sitting for ten years too.
