Farmall M steering and hydraulic system

I have a 48 M the steering wiggles so much in road gear I go from ditch to ditch without moving the wheel. I need some suggestions on the best way to tear apart the front end, and what to look for and replace? I also have a Behlen power steering system on this tractor and the extra hyd. pump on the engine sets the ignition system back to far and the previous owner removed the oil filter and housing to make it fit. I need a seal kit for the power steering because it leaks like a sieve, but I have no clue where to start looking for that. Or would I be better to just take it off? I also need to know how to set my tractor back up with the original liftall to run my add on three point? If yall could help i would appreciate it
