Welcome to the world of the C113 Engine. You have lost one or more of the gears in the timing gear train. This is a weak point of this engine. The tear down is quite extensive and I recomend that you get IT Shop Service manual IH-8. You can usually find it at most farm type stores. It walks you through it complete with pictures. The whold front has to come off of the tractor including the bolster and wheels, you will also need a split bearing puller to use on the crankshaft pully or you will break it. Buy the book it will be cheap in the long run.
