For sure the grease gun mentioned below will develop enough pressure that something will give. Maybe the piston will move, maybe the head will crack. Those who used this method without damaging anything had pistons that were only moderately (or less) stuck. If there is only one piston stuck (the others are already out), the grease gun would be good to try.
