Ray, sorry you did post both places. I just saw your post here. I just looked in an old IT shop manual I have and you should have 50-60 psi with near full throttle, which is similar to the H. Anything below about 10 psi and you are not getting enough oil circulation. Either the collection screen on the bottom of the oil pump is leaking or you have a leak in the pump. If its like the H, there are two halves to the pump housing with a gasket. You may be leaking there. In any event, you are doing damage at that low of PSI unless your gauge is faulty.
