i've never done what you're about to try, but, sounds like you have nothing to loose! i'd make sure that all the spokes are straight first then i would assemble all the tools needed to rivet the parts back together (including correct size rivets), then i'd cold chisel the old rivet heads off and punch the rivet shafts out with the proper drift pin punch (same size as the rivet). make sure the hubs are the same "exactly the same" then c-clamp the hub to the spokes and bolt the hub evenly around and make sure all the holes align and start putting rivets in, but only while all the other holes have loose rivets or same size bolts in them. i'd install a rivet then go to the other side and install then back, like tightening sequence when puting a wheel back on a car or truck. take pictures before you start-----walt if you've got a old tree stump to lay the hub on, that would help, something to hold the back of the hub from bouncing when you hit it with a hammer
