Personally, I would put 1 new piston in with new rings. Hone the sleeve to get the aluminum out.

PS - have same symptoms on a 360 AMC engine I am working on right now. 1 piston melted, the rest are good. The engine is well worn so I am doing a complete rebuild - otherwise I would replace the 1 piston.
