706 Gas Melted Spot in Piston

I have posted a request for information on a rebuild for the 263 engine rebuild for my 706 in the past and had feed back from the tractor vet.

Since then, I had talked to the previous owner of the tractor and found out there is only a little more than 500 hours on the rebuild. So, I started taking it apart today and discovered the #6 piston had melted along the front side down through the top rings. The rings were in pieces, but what is strange is the sleeve is not scored but there is a build up of aluminum from the melted piston material on the sleeve.

Is there a way to remove this aluminum?
There is only aprox. 0.003 wear on the sleeves and the manual says there should be .008 for a rebuild. Should I just replace the one piston & rings? All rings and one piston or a full rebuild? I only put 50-60 hours on the machine a year. Its my bucket tractor.

Any advice would be apprieciated.
