Farmall B ??

I just inherited what I believe to be a '43 model Farmall B. Serial # FAB 85921 but it doesn't look like any of the photographs I have seen on the net of B models. It has Cultivision, Engine centered and driver's seat offset to the right, but this one has an extremely wide rear axel 7 feet outside to outside of the rear wheels it also appears to have mounting holes for a second seat on the left side.
Any Ideas what it really is?
There is a dome off the intake manifold with some kind of linkage ( curently attatched to nothing and the dome is cracked ) any help on the function of this little gem would be deeply apreciated. Ordered a B service manual, but snail mail is very slow.
