Some things to check before disassembly:
Will the tractor roll if pushed? If not, brakes might be stuck. Did it run okay when last parked? If so, clutch may be stuck in released position. Shifts gears fine without grinding? Clutch must be releasing. Might not be engaging. Does engine labor when clutch is released in gear? If so, the brakes are suspect, or something jammed in transmission/rear end. If not, the clutch isn't engaging. Keep checking- and lots of luck!
