Fred: I read your suggestion on checking out a Tach, mine is also not working (cable housing in two) but I want to try the drill trick to see if the gage is ok. Tell me which way do I run the drill foward or reverse (I do not want to break the gage). Also where do you suggest I find a cable and housing if I need one? Thanks
