350 utility T/A Won't go in Low

I've got a 350 utility,the T/A will not go into low gear.It runs and drives fine in high gear.Should I be concerned with this problem? For my use,mowing,plowing or using the disc it works fine.How big of a job is it to rebuild the T/A?
