Thanks to everybody who posted tips. Lastnight I decided to get a headstart on the project (taking exhaust manifold off 560 Farmall). I took the carb off and decided to try a few of the bolts to see if they would move. Here's the status: Of the 8 bolts holding the manifolds on I managed to get 4 out with no problems. I switched over to a metric 14mm to get a snug fit on the bolt heads. The bolts are not rusted in the manifold, they appear to be a copper/brass color and in good shape. They have 5 written on the heads of them. Is that the original bolts? Of the 4 that are left, 1 is rusted so bad I have yet to find a socket or wrench to fit the head. The 3 others are stuck pretty good and I have begun to round off the heads on them. They are not completely rounded yet but I don't think they are coming...yet anyways. I gave them another good dose of the ol' liquid wrench to sit till Saturday. I'm going to try and form the heads up with a file and apply some heat for these 4 that are still stuck. So far, no broken ones!!!! Thanks again for the help.
