Steering Wheel, Seat Bushings, etc.

Just got my '41 B home a week ago, my first tractor. I don't know where to start :), it doesn't run for more than a couple minutes (carburator needs cleaning). Would like to restore steering wheel, and replace the bushings on the seat (mount and shock), oh and my radiator cap was lost on the trip over. I'm still happy as I can "B" about my tractor.
