1206,1256 camshaft the same?

I had to replace the camshaft on the 1206 wheatland I am restoring because of water pitts.I ordered one from a salvage yard.The no. on my cam is 332107r1 the one on the replacement cam is 370349c1 which I believe is for the 856,1256,1456.Will they interchange and is there a difference?The cam I ordered is used with marked lifters.I think I can measure ten thousands taller lift on the 56 series cam over the 1206 cam.
