Help with International implement, please.

I have a 350 that I use to cut hay with and have used a J/D #5 with some success. I have bought a International 7' that I need some help on how to remove the ledger plates as they have rivets holding them down. Anyone have a good way to remove them as I am replacing all 27 of them plus the two on inner and outer shoe.
