Clyde: Okay, sure,... the cylinder "head", plate about 3/4" thick with lots of grooves and channels on the working side of it. Mine does not have a top plate, although it seems that some did/do. And, in between applications of penetrating oils and agents, I've been digging the crud out of the allen screw with an assortment of picks, then tapping the wrench well down into the screw head. Just takes a little patience, I guess,... not a problem for me. Thanks, again. RedTed/MO.
