A, B and C can I use parts...

I have just brought home my 1947 B project tractor. From the rear up to the gas tank it's pretty good. But the grill, radiator, hood, breather and some engine parts need replacing. It's missing the carb, manifold is bad, oil pan is crunched and on and on. I'd like to think this tractor needs me. From all I have found it looks like the A and B were the same tractor engine wise. How about the C?
Can I get the above mentioned parts off of A's and C's to bring back my B? Jon
