Mostly the same except that the A, B, & C all had different grills & front ends. These tractors all had C113 engines. Hydraulics on the C and Super A not on the A & B. Super A1 and Super C had C123 engines, different gas tank mountings and yet another different grill from all the rest. Some of the very early A & B models did not have starters and do not have any mounting hole for same in their bell housing.

So in a nut shell, most everything will interchange but not everything.
