H draw bar extension (Again)

Another question about the extension on the drawbar..... If the correct distance from the shaft to the hitch is 14inched then if I put on a over-run clutch in theory I would need an extension on my extension right? Just an after thought. I will let yall know what works whenever I get the parts together.. Richard
