J.A. sounds like your H was about in the condition of my 51 when I started. I basically did what Fred did. I used rotary and fixed handle wire brushes, wood chisels and one morning opened up the garage and gave the engine block a gasoline bath. I only had about 40 years of oil burned on the block. Sounds like you have a $3,000 project on your hands. If the rims and tires are history, I would recommend M.E. Miller for mounted tires on new rims. They only charge $15 to mount a main tire. the shipping cost will be the key. They are in NW Ohio.
