Steven, I had an H with terrible rust inside the tank. Removed it and took it to a local radiator shop. They had to cut a flap in the bottom of the tank (To expose the area behind the opposing baffles), then they bead blasted the interior of the tank, and rewelded the flap shut. $125 for all but I know the tank is clean and keep it full to help eliminate the condensation that forms in there. I also keep Stabil (Gas treatment) in all my tanks to help during periods of non use. Good luck with yours what ever method you choose to clean it.//FB
