Had this problem with my W-4 last week. Take the tank off and hot power wash what you can reach--has a baffle but if you bend your wand a little you can get into the back compartment. Wash 3 or 4 times. Try using CLR cleaning agent - most hardware stores handle it and Paul Harvey will be happy. Mix it strong with 1 gallon of water rotating and soaking all sides of the tank. Rinse it out with air brake alcohol and seal it with tank sealer. Bowl stays clean as glass.
