H lift all

I have a 45 H. The control rod is there and it works but I'm missing the remote control valve and all the goodies hooked to it.All I have of the system is a 4 " piece of pipe with a cap on it.
The vent valve is also missing.

How well will the liftall work without all those parts. Is the vent valve necesary?
The liftall works,sort of.
Where can I find low pressure hydraulic cylinders?
Is the lift all convertible to todays high pressure systems?
And about 1,000 other questions.: )
