Lower Bolster Angle - FORWARD OR BACHWARD????????

The lower bolster on the tricycle front end has an angle that is reversable. All of my dimensional drawings show that angle to the rear of the tractor. In reality several of the tractors that I have purchased over the years have had the angle forward instead of to the rear.

I would like to hear the PRO'S and CON'S and opinions of everyone about this.
