On our 200 we have been getting a popping noise from the exhaust. Originally we were thinking it was some bad plugs and wires, or the valves needed adjustment. After doing both there was no improvement. (adjusted vales yesterday, yes hot) While I was lookig over things I noticed that the number one exhaust valve had a huge gap, but since I wasn't looking for a stuck valve i just thought it was outta adjustment, because the head was rebuilt 2 years ago and really hasn't had the hours put in it. So, to get to the point, I have an exhaust valve that is sticking in the open position and could use some suggestions on possible fixes just sort of pulling the head and fixing it. Also, at times it does clear up and not pop. Thanks for any ideas and sorry for the long post.
