message to BIG JOHN

BIG JOHN, hi topaz again. I found this on cluch housing, F the IH symbol then 358046 space R2.
Behind the radiator is Melrose PK space WKS the IH symbol 361703R92 space F75. I feel like these
are more part #'s than A serial #, I looked on the battery box there looked to be a spot where a plate used to be but isn't there.
Are there any other ways we could find out what it is, maybe by part #'s. Thanks for the help! And you have my e-mail.
