M liftall question

I have a 49 M with a loader and 3 point lift. I changed the liftall fluid last fall and put 6 quarts of 30W non detergent in. The loader and the 3 point worked fine until last month when I started using a post hole auger. After a few holes the the 3 point would not lift. I changed the oil in the lift all and it will works fine for about an hour, then it get weak. Is there any heaver oil I can use for the summer? It works fine until it get hot.
