Bossman bought this 1949 A to cut the grass around the place where I work, accually for me to cut the grass!Well,he wanted to take first shot at it,so he could tell me the "proper" way to drive a Farmall.(First tiem hes ever been on anything bigger thatn a Snapper)He ran it about a hour or so and was on his way back to where he was going to keep it and it just died!We pulled it back up to the shop and after going through it I found it was locked up tighter than Dicks hatband. He was furious!OS after blasting the guy he bought it from he told me I coulds have it since it wasnt doing him any good.Well I got it home and was showing it to my friend and for some reason he hit the starter and it started right up!I ran it for, again, about and hour and again it locked up.I went out just a few minutes ago and hit the starter and again it started. Its still running right now,for about 20 minutes or so!Anything I can look for to see what could be wrong!Plenty of oil and water!Waht guves guys!Any clues?Or and, think I should let my bossman have it back since it will run even for a short time!?
