Glenn I think they just stopped production of the older parts in preparation for the 86 series production and put what they could on the 66's. IH did this a lot on various machines. Dad had a late 815 combine that had a 1440 frame plus other parts. I'll bet that tractor doesn't look like that today! Wish I knew where it was now.
