Cub LoBoy 154

Last week ran the cub lowboy out of gas. Put gas in and the damn thing wouldnt start without a chock. It also wont run without the chock 3/4 out. Runs perfect that way. Ive taken the carb. off twice and cleaned it. Cleaned any screens for dirt, but cant get it back to where it was. Any sugestions?
