The F-20 parts book lists foot brakes as special
equipment. The I&T shop manual says that F-20s after serial # FA12960 and F-30s after serial #FB
2853 had foot brakes. I don't always put much faith in I&T's accuracy on this sort of thing,
but I have 2 F-20s and an F-30 above these serial
#s and they all have foot brakes. I have a 37
F-20 with hand brakes.
