Bill since you don't have to rebuild water pumps but about every 25 years, I would get that impellar shaft replaced if they are available from your IH dealer or IH Ken Updike. Ask him about the brass bushing also. Mine were not really worn at all so I have not had to address that problem. Do flush the old crud out and just add like a half quart of 90W in the pulley housing intake hole after you have remounted it. You will see it there on top.
