I agree with the previous post regarding stability of the tractor. It is always easier to add or remove weights from the wheels if they are on the outside of the hub. If you are not concerned with the correct model front wheel weights, suitcase weights, which fasten to the front of the tractor frame, are cheaper, easier to install or remove, and are readily available. You will have to make a mounting bracket for the weights.
