I just picked up a 1952 IH fridge from work, that they were going to scrap out. I took it home, plug it in, and it worked fine, till I turned on my bench grinder on, and the breaker poped. So I got out my amp meter and found that it was @ 19.4 amp's. This fridge had a butter warmer built into the door, I unplug the warmer and my amp's went down to 2.1 . Not to bad for a old fridge. And after I put on a new door seal , it keeps pop? OK, my beer very cooled, and cost very little to run.By the way who needs a butter warmer when it just for the garage.
